What we're looking for
You'll have proven experience in programme coordination, ideally in education or learning and development. Someone who's highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-are a must, along with the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
What you'll be doing
As Education Coordinator, you'll:
- Support committees and education leads by organising meetings, preparing agendas and tracking actions.
- Coordinate and deliver virtual education courses for different member groups.
- Run awards, bursaries and fellowships including competitions for students and trainees.
- Manage administration of CPD credits and snapshot audits.
- Help adopt smarter digital tools to streamline admin processes.
- Minute-taking
- Work closely with the Events and Communications teams to promote the education offering.
