**What we are looking for:**
+ Bachelor's degree is required.
+ 4+ years of work experience, of which a minimum of 2 years is in fields such as: training, education, medical device sales or marketing, or other relevant areas.
+ Experience in industries such as MedTech, BioTech or within the ENT & Maxillofacial fields is not mandatory - but it is highly preferred.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse and multilingual audiences.
+ Proven track record of developing and delivering impactful educational programs and materials.
+ Demonstrated ability with experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
+ Fluency in spoken and written **English** is required. Proficiency in another European language would be a plus.
