What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in education recruitment is ideal, but not essential
- Candidates from other recruitment sectors or sales backgrounds will be considered

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience gained within a construction consultancy setting, and specifically with a prior focus on projects within the Education or Higher Education sectors.

_As a Senior Project Manager joining our team, here's what you'll do:_
+ Manage one or more moderately complex projects, involving a combination of the following:
+ Administer the NEC4 suite of contracts
+ Clients with a regional geographic footprint; OR,
+ Projects involving multiple services provided by regional IE offices; OR,
+ May manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
+ Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions.
+ Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects.
+ May supervise: senior level engineers (all disciplines applicable), as well as project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating and procurement representatives.

+ You will ideally be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to successfully support and lead construction projects within the Education and Higher Education sectors.
+ Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle
+ Excellent communication and organisational skills
+ NEC4 Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive)
+ Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic)
+ Robust Stakeholder Management process
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Academic Qualification - ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Master's Degree
+ NEC 3/4 accreditation
+ Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
+ APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
