A leading secondary school Located in Camden , London are looking to appoint an Academic Support Officer for an ASAP start. What will you do as an Academic Support Officer?
- You will be the second point of contact after the Form (year group) Tutors for students and parents, especially in relation to the day to day working of the Academy Behaviour Management Policy - supporting students and families in equal measure
- You will prioritise the issues arising from contacts with students and parents to minimise the disruption to the pupils learning and you will ensure that issues are deal with efficiently fairly!
- You will support personal social and academic development of students and promote their well-being within each Key Stage
- You will assist in maintaining links with home, internal and external support services involved with student welfare and safety

**Your Career**
The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. As a Solutions Consultant you provide technical leadership and expertise and guidance in your customer's security transformation journey. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment with Palo Alto Networks. **Your Experience**
+ Understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures
+ Proven experience as a technical authority within the UK education and research sector, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and a track record of architecting solutions that align with institutional goals while navigating key procurement frameworks
+ Delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives
+ Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal
+ Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
+ Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies
+ Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions
+ Complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred

- A large, well-organised SEN College in Southwark is looking for an experienced School administrator to join their team immediately to provide general office support.
Job role
Working closely with the Office Manager and the School Business Manager you will be providing support across a range of areas in school administration. A large proportion of your role will include daily use of SIMS and you should have a very good working knowledge the SIMS system.
As a school administrator your role will include:
- Pupil data management via SIMS.
- Daily use of Word, Excel.
- Support finance procedures and school invoicing.
- Support stock management, ordering and monitoring.
- Routine admin tasks and any other duties the Office Manager or school business manager.
This role is to provide additional support to the current administration and school office team. The school are looking for an administrator with previous experience and who is available immediately on a full-time basis.

This SEN school is based in the borough of Southwark with good local transport links. The school is well organised with a committed and driven leadership team who work closely with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils. Alongside the teaching staff team, there is an established school administration team who ensure all aspects of the day to day running of the school are accurate and completely efficiently.
