**Job Summary:**
The Junior eFX Trading Analyst will support the electronic FX (eFX) trading desk in monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the performance of our trading systems and strategies. The role requires strong technical and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams within the broader FX business. The successful candidate will help advance our electronic offering and contribute to the growth of our eFX platform. This position reports directly to the VP of eFX Trading in London.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor the electronic trading book and assist in daily risk and performance checks
+ Analyze client trading patterns and market data to optimize pricing and hedging strategies
+ Collaborate with internal support and technology teams to resolve platform issues efficiently
+ Act as a liaison between the eFX trading desk and broader FX business functions
+ Conduct regular performance and PnL reviews to support trading targets
+ Assist in the development of internal tools and dashboards for analytics and reporting
+ This is a dynamic role and your responsibilities will be commensurate with experience
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with Kdb+/q is a plus

**Preferred Education & Experience:**

Within the Feasibility & Investment Analysis team, you directly report to the Director Feasibility & Investment Analysis, EMEA. The Feasibility department has a variety of missions and projects, covering a wide spectrum of industry leading brands from premium economy to high-end luxury, across the whole of EMEA.
