Your role

As the Health & Safety Business Partner , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a safe and supportive workplace for both staff and tenants. Working closely with the Health, Safety and Compliance Manager, you'll:

  • Act as the go-to health & safety expert across the organisation.
  • Deliver training, inductions, health surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Monitor compliance, manage risk, and ensure lessons are learned from incidents.
  • Support projects, procurement, and contract management with strong H&S practices.

What you'll need

  • Develop a HSE management system and implement initiatives that comply with local and national legislation and environmental standards.
  • Drive a Health & Safety culture across the business.
  • Develop and recommend policies, standards, procedures and systems to ensure procedures are in compliance to H&S and Environmental legislation and site standards.
  • Ensure personal and environmental accidents and incidents are investigated, recorded and reported properly, identifying and recommending improved practices.

What We’re Looking For


NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent postgraduate qualification)

Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)

5+ years’ experience in an HSE management role in high-risk manufacturing or heavy industry

Deep knowledge of UK EHS law, ISO standards & process safety

Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills

Ability to operate from the shop floor to senior leadership with credibility
