About the Role

Join a busy Prep Centre in Lutterworth, where more than 1,600 vehicles are prepared each month. We're looking for a skilled EV Technician to carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on hybrid and electric vehicles, ensuring every car meets our high standards before reaching the showroom.

General Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Maintain and service high-voltage systems safely
  • Carry out electrical/software updates and calibrations
  • Perform inspections and technical assessments
  • Work closely with the Workshop Controller and team

To be considered, you must have:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
  • EV/Hybrid training (IMI Level 3 or higher preferred)
  • Experience as a diagnostic technician, ideally across multiple brands
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Good communicator, team player, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
