  • Conduct simulations and analyses for performance and durability.
  • Integrate battery systems, powertrains, and thermal management solutions.
  • Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and performance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, testing, supply chain).
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews.
  • Participate in prototyping and testing activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new automotive technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in automotive design engineering, with a significant focus on EVs.
  • Expertise in CAD software (e.g., CATIA V5, SolidWorks) and CAE tools.
  • Strong knowledge of EV powertrains, battery systems, and thermal management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with vehicle testing and validation procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment.
