Electrical Design Engineers - The Role:

Produce high quality, detailed control panel designs including the integration of PLC’s, HMI’s and Drive Systems

Produce accurate documentation to support designs

Complete projects within agreed timescales and budgets

Produce technical/functional specifications

Develop control systems from concept through to final design, installation & commissioning
Electrical Design Engineers - The Person:
-
Proficient in the use of an electrical CAD package such as AutoCAD / Promis-e, EPlan, RSWire

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical, design and problem solving capabilities

Previous experience of IEC61508 standards advantageous

HNC qualified

Familiarity of working within a control panel build facility would be highly advantageous
A hybrid position, located in West Midlands, this role would be commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Birmingham, Walsall and surrounding areas.
Role would be suitable for Engineers with experience of any electrical design package including Autocad, RSView, Promis-e or Eplan.
