About the Role
You will join a Further Education College with state-of-the-art facilities and an outstanding Ofsted rating. You will be responsible for delivering Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes, supporting apprentices in both practical and theoretical aspects of their training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Electrical Installation (Levels 1-3), combining both theory and practical skills to meet current industry standards.

• Plan and assess learning through assignments, practical tasks, and examinations, ensuring student progress and achievement of qualifications such as City & Guilds and T-Levels.

• Maintain a safe and compliant learning environment, ensuring all workshop tools and equipment are used in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Support and mentor learners by providing guidance, pastoral care, and helping them develop technical expertise alongside employability skills.

• Engage in continuous professional development, keeping up to date with the latest electrical regulations (including the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
