Location: Rotherham
Salary - Up to £37,199 + Market Force Enhancement + Benefits (pro-rata)
Part-time, 18.5 hours per week

About the role:
- li>Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Electrical Installations up to Level 3, including study programmes, apprenticeships, and adult courses in both workshop and classroom settings.

In this rewarding position, you’ll deliver top-quality teaching and assessments up to Level 3, including study programmes, adult programmes, and apprenticeships, all within a workshop and classroom setting. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons using practical, theoretical, and digital teaching methods li>Develop creative learning resources and monitor learner progress
- Collaborate effectively with team members, technicians, and internal departments
- Set SMART targets and conduct relevant assessments to drive learner success
Qualifications and Skills
- Level 3 or above vocational qualification in Electrical Installations
- Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards it
- Level 2 (or equivalent) English and Maths qualification (or willingness to undertake)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a motivated, team-oriented attitude

£40,454 - £2,828 per annum plus a one-off recruitment incentive of up to ,000 (dependent on qualifications)

This is a teaching role which involves workshops and classroom learning, your priority will be to engage and inspire our students to achieve their full potential.
In a typical day, you will be:
- Demonstrating and teaching practical skills in our workshops
- Delivering theoretical lessons to support the practical applications
Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment. A teaching qualification is not essential, and the College will fund and support you to achieve this.
