A fantastic opportunity for an Electronic Design Engineer has arisen at an exciting Cambridge based technology development company who are developing next generation IoT wearable devices. This role would suit a graduate with a couple of years of experience looking to make their next move or maybe a recent PhD Graduate with relevant knowledge. Requirements of Electronics Design Engineer:
- Good Degree, Masters or PhD in Electronics, or equivalent
- Relevant Industry experience working in electronic design / hardware design
- Good knowledge of Microcontrollers (ARM ideally), system-on-chips and peripheral communication protocols like SPI, I2C.
- Good electronics design skills across digital and analogue electronics. Skilled in debugging and problem solving.
- Experience working on low power consumption and low-cost devices beneficial
- Understanding of Power circuitry including battery management, switch-mode regulators beneficial.
- Knowledge of C beneficial
- Experience in RF and antenna design would be a great bonus.
