- Strong circuit design and embedded systems experience (STM32 or similar).
- Hands-on knowledge of PCB schematic capture and layout (ideally with Altium).
- Understanding of EMC compliance, CE marking, and functional safety standards.
- Familiarity with design standards (IPC) and class society rules (LR, DNV) is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
- The ability to balance detail with deadlines, adapting quickly when requirements shift.
