Job Title: CRM Manager

Location: London, SW6 4NZ (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

About us:
Adzuna is an established and profitable job search engine that lists every job, everywhere. Launched in 2011, we help over 10 million visitors a month in 19 markets find better, more fulfilling jobs. Governments and the world’s largest companies trust us for our unique global audience and jobs market intelligence, and we walk the walk on things like Salary Transparency and Gender Pay. Adzuna’s success to date has been down to the skills and determination of our brilliant staff and their passion for job seekers.

The role:

Email marketing is central to how we engage with job seekers, which in turn delivers value to customers. This stimulating and specialist role holds a lot of responsibility and scope to make an impact. You’ll manage our email channel predominantly, growing traffic, job applications and revenue across all 19 international markets. We send hundreds of millions of opted-in job email alerts each month with high engagement levels, and the success of these is crucial to our job seekers and our business. There is significant upside potential in growing the commercial value from our database and improving user experience, across all markets and we’re looking to you to help us unlock it - from being on top of the technical details, to creative ideas for tests, to analysis and reporting.

You’ll work closely with our experienced marketing, product and management teams. This is your opportunity to put your own stamp on one of Europe’s most successful tech start-ups and work with a talented and sociable team to make job search better.

About you:

  • You will own and manage our global CRM strategy and execution, driving user growth, activation, engagement, re-engagement, and retention across 19 markets.
  • You are highly analytical, proactive, and curious - able to get under the skin of complex systems, extract insights, and turn them into clear recommendations and actions.
  • You thrive on ownership. Rather than waiting for direction, you take the lead in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving them through to completion.
  • You are highly practical, flexible and outcome focused.
  • You have deep knowledge of CRM and email marketing - including deliverability, domain reputation, lifecycle journeys, segmentation, and how these link to engagement and lifetime value.
  • You are comfortable leading CRM reporting and analytics, from operational metrics (deliverability, open/click rates) to strategic KPIs (LTV and revenue contribution).
  • You’re action oriented with a strong bias for designing, running, and evaluating CRM experiments to test and learn, driving continuous performance improvements and measurable business impact.
  • You’re comfortable working with proprietary and custom-built systems - you don’t rely on drag-and-drop dashboards, but instead partner effectively with Product and Engineering to make things happen.
  • You are an excellent communicator: you can take a complex, messy ecosystem and explain it in a way that senior stakeholders (CEO, CCO, CFO, etc.) can understand and support.
  • You can build business cases - weighing costs, benefits, and trade-offs - whether for new tooling or for investment in engineering resources.
  • You’re collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills, and integrate naturally across marketing, product, tech, and sales. You will be closely collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to support the launch of new features to improve job matching and other innovative ways to deliver more value to more jobseekers and advertisers.
  • You’re commercially minded - linking CRM activity to revenue, margin, and user LTV, and providing structured input into planning and forecasting as part of the company’s twice-yearly budget cycle, as well as providing insight and updates to trading meetings, monthly reviews, and wider business discussions.
  • You bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and a growth mindset - always scanning competitor activity, trends, and new technologies (including AI/LLMs) for opportunities to test and learn.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to: (I) Drive forward our single user view, evolving CRM from session-based alerts toward user-based journeys. (II) Maximise the value of CRM for both B2C jobseekers and our B2B advertisers and (III) Shape the future of how email fits with our wider products and AI strategy (including ApplyIQ, ValueMyCV, mobile apps, etc).

Requirements

Profile

  • You have 5+ years Email Marketing experience and at least 3 working on a business with technical complexity, whether in-house or at an agency where this represents a primary hands-on client. You can demonstrate a track record of impact and growth.
  • You have held governance responsibility for CRM reputation and deliverability.
  • Experience with automation, personalisation and single-user view methodology.
  • You are comfortable working in the details of email technology, working across multiple markets, email types, audiences and working to a range of different objectives.
  • International (and US) experience is a bonus.

Qualities

  • You take quick and clear ownership for tasks and keep people abreast of progress regularly.
  • You like to roll up your sleeves, be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and thrive on juggling a lot of responsibilities at the same time
  • You don’t always require a budget or extensive/dedicated development resources to make progress.
  • You are highly numerate, analytical and efficient in your use of data, drawing insights that lead to successful growth initiatives through experimentation.
  • You take a methodical approach to CRM projects and tasks
  • You are a creative, inventive and positive thinker. You make things happen
  • You self-identify as a great communicator - both verbally and in writing - with an energetic, action-oriented nature.

Benefits

  • Reward: We offer a competitive financial package which includes competitive salary, stock options (we are all owners!) and a contributory pension scheme.
  • Wellbeing: Amongst other things, we offer healthcare through Babylon Health; enhanced maternity and paternity leave; 25 days paid holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays; and a full programme of wellbeing activities and events.
  • Hybrid working: We are a fully hybrid company - half our workforce are remote. With employees located in different time zones, we embrace asynchronous work and ensure that everything we do reflects the hybrid nature of our workforce so that everyone feels included. We also have a travel programme to help facilitate teamwork across our global teams.
  • Flexible working: For those working out of one of our offices (non-remote), we have a flexible working policy which means any full time employee can work from home at least 2 days per week - you can choose your 3 office days per week.
  • Diversity & inclusion: We are committed to hiring a diverse workforce and creating an environment where everyone feels included and welcome. Our D&I committee helps deliver a programme of activities and actions to support this important area of focus.
  • Training: Learning and development is an important pillar of our culture and there are plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and grow whether through our Adzuna Academy training programme, attending conferences, team training budgets, individual development plans and coaching from experienced and supportive peers and managers.
  • Fun stuff: We have a packed social calendar, twice annual global team get-togethers and an enviable culture thanks to the amazing and smart people who make Adzuna a great place to work. Lots of this is done virtually to ensure that everyone is included.

About Adfix

Adfix is a digital agency focused on helping premium streetwear fashion brands in the U.S. build long-lasting customer relationships. We specialize in media, CRM, retention, and customer journey optimization —turning clicks into loyalty. Our clients include brands that shape culture and define trends, and we expect the same cultural fluency from our team.

Our Core Values

Client-First Decisions : Every choice—creative, budget, or timing—flows from the question: Is this the right thing for the client's business? We focus on measurable wins that prioritize client results.

Proactive Ownership : We spot issues early, jump in to fix them, and see projects through until the value is proven. We don’t wait for problems to be flagged.

Transparency & Integrity : We explain results in plain language, backed by data. We keep promises, tell hard truths, own mistakes quickly, and never cherry-pick.

Win–Win Mentality : We collaborate openly, share knowledge, and focus on expanding collective success rather than individual wins.

The Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can design, build, and optimize email campaigns for U.S.-based premium fashion brands. You’ll collaborate with our creative strategist, designers, and copywriters to deliver emails that are on-brand, culturally relevant, and commercially effective.

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, A/B testing).
  • Optimize performance : Improve click-through rates, conversions, and retention through data-driven insights.
  • Stay on-culture : Adapt tone, design direction, and content to resonate with U.S. streetwear consumers.
  • Collaborate across functions : Work with design and copy teams to create high-quality, premium-feel campaigns.
What Success Looks Like

Your campaigns should feel like they could come straight from brands such as Highsnobiety, Aimé Leon Dore, Represent, or Kith .

Here are samples of the type and quality of content we expect:

Requirements

  • Native-level English writing and editing skills.
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. streetwear & premium fashion culture.
  • Strong experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, personalization).
  • Experience with Shopify (plus if you know basic HTML/CSS for email).
  • Portfolio of previous work for fashion, lifestyle, or streetwear brands .
  • Analytical mindset: ability to track KPIs and iterate on performance.
  • Accountability & responsibility – you take ownership of tasks and you are committed to complete them in time.
  • Availability to work full time, during European hours. Core availability should be maintained Monday-Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM CET, with some flex time in the morning.
  • Professional references will be requested upon successful interview to move forward.

Benefits

  • Remote-first culture: work from anywhere, flexible working hours.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Uncapped growth opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • 20 days paid time off (pro-rated for less than full-time positions).
  • Paid annual team meet-ups at exciting locations.
  • Work-from-home perks.
