Job Description Summary:
You will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of ENGAGE’s Growth Strategy to enable the Company to grow and take a leading position in the UK market and overseas.
You will have a key role in transforming and managing our SaaS Growth projects and processes to power the execution of the Company’ Strategy.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Growth activities and projects to support the strategy execution across Strategy, SaaS Marketing & Sales.
· Focus on growth by designing scalable, automated, and AI-driven commercial and account management processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
· Develop and implement new processes across the company to drive sustainable growth and ensure scalability.
· Lead the creation of engaging video content to support company initiatives and commercial activities and enhance communication.

Contracted Hours:
40 hours per week from 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, working in UK time
1 hour lunch break from 1pm to 2pm
