We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Human Resources leader for our new Global Employee Relations (ER), Labor Relations (LR), Compliance and HR Generalist functions. This role will be responsible for setting and executing the global strategy for fostering a fair, consistent, compliant, and high-performing workplace in 60 countries across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and North America. Additionally, he/she will oversee the team that provides HR operational leadership, while ensuring consistent delivery of people practices that support business success. **Responsibilities:**
**Employee Relations/Labor Relations Strategy**
+ Partner with key stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive global ER framework that promotes fairness, legal compliance, and proactive risk mitigation through a consistent application of policies, guidelines and processes for investigations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
+ Serve as the senior point of escalation for complex or high-risk ER/LR matters globally

**Global HR Generalist Leadership**
+ Oversee the delivery of operational HR generalist services across all regions providing local expertise and insights to support business leaders, managers and HRBPs

**The Ideal Candidate.**
