  • Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and recruitment processes.
  • Organize and conduct virtual assessment centers and interviews.
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on tech roles.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting passive candidates.
  • Excellent understanding of the UK job market and recruitment landscape.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software, ATS, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a consultancy or agency environment is a plus.
