The Role:

You will be responsible for end to end recruitment and onboarding for all teams across our UK business, including lawyers and sales representatives. From drafting advertisements, to interviewing and preparing for your new hire’s first day, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging and nurturing the best talent for LegalVision. As the stand alone HR team member in our Manchester office, you will also be involved in general people and culture activities as required.
This role is ideal for a recruiter with at least one year of experience working in a high volume environment. You must be happy to work in our Ancoats office at least 4 days per week.

Your ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:
- Prepare job advertisements and post via our ATS (Workable) and directly to jobs boards as required.
- Review applications and phone screen shortlisted candidates.

- Extend offers to successful candidates, including preparing and sending employment contracts.
- Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
