The Role
 As Regional Energy Efficiency Manager for EMEA, you will lead energy optimisation programmes across more than 50 manufacturing sites in the region. You'll take ownership of monitoring and reporting systems, ensure data accuracy, and translate insights into impactful energy-saving projects. Partnering closely with plant leadership, you will influence, support, and challenge stakeholders to deliver tangible improvements. 
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting and managing energy consumption targets across sites, monitoring performance quarterly. 
- Building and optimising a centralised energy monitoring system integrated with plant operations. 
- Leading project implementation with support from a direct report dedicated to on-site assessments and training. 
- Standardising and rolling out efficiency initiatives across multiple facilities. 
- Driving accountability at plant level to ensure timely reporting and action on energy projects. 
- Reporting results and progress to senior leadership, highlighting successes and identifying barriers. 
About You
 We're seeking a technical leader with both engineering expertise and the ability to navigate activities across a complex, matrix structured organisation. You'll be confident working with stakeholders across multiple cultures and business streams, with the determination to push through challenges and deliver results. 
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline. 
- Proven experience in energy efficiency or industrial/manufacturing projects.
