• Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Industry exposure across consumer goods, technology, healthcare, financial services, or similar sectors.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
