About the Role

We are recruiting a Repair Quality Specialist to provide high-level technical support for Volkswagen Group’s Authorised Repairer Workshops.

You’ll work as part of their Technical Support Team, helping to triage and resolve complex repair cases, especially in high-volume areas.

•  Providing expert remote guidance to the Retailer network to help identify and resolve technical product issues.
•  Supporting technicians and existing technical support teams using VW Group’s communication platforms.

Our client is an established business within the Power Generation sector, with the opportunity for an experienced Engine Technician to join their team.  

As an Engine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: 

• Field based maintenance across multiple sites in a 25 mile radius around High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
• Commissioning, service and repair of large reciprocating engines (Caterpillar, MWM, etc.) and all ancillary equipment 
• Ensuring Health & Safety is adhered to at all times 
• Other duties as required 

To be considered for this position, you should have: 

• Experience carrying out maintenance on reciprocating engines, turbines and associated plant (turbos, intercoolers)
