About the role:

We're searching for an outstanding, hands-on Programme Engineering Manager with depth of experience in mission-critical product development, qualification and production. Through taking control of maintenance, you will be required to build and develop a maintenance team, utilising TPM Tools and Techniques to generate Continuous Improvement across all areas of Manufacturing capability, minimising reactive maintenance activities and making improvements to planned maintenance activities where possible. You will be reporting directly into the Site Manager working as part of a highly talented management team driven to deliver exceptional results

Experience and Qualifications Required as an Engineering Manager;

  • A recognised Engineering qualification - Mechanical or Electrical
  • Demonstrable experience of managing and leading teams of maintenance engineers within an engineering department.
  • Demonstrable experience of the application of TPM within a process related manufacturing environment
  • A strong appreciation of the importance of safe working practices and health and safety within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of departmental budgeting & cost control - Desirable
