You will be leading the design and delivery of major civil infrastructure projects, providing expert consultation and technical leadership, and ensuring design and operational excellence in all civil engineering activities including:
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers and technicians within the team
- Overseeing project delivery from proposal to practical completion, ensuring quality, cost, and time objectives are met
- Managing and cultivating client relationships and coordinating with stakeholders Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and legislation (e.g. CDM and UK Building Regulations)
- Highway design – preliminary and detailed (s38 / s278 Highways Act)
- Drainage design – strategic and detailed (s104 / s98 Water Act) both strategic and detailed
