My client, a specialist UK based Civil Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Geotechnical and Civil Engineering, is searching for a Civil Engineering Technician who can use Civils 3D and AutoCAD to join their team in Leeds.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background in a relevant discipline including a HNC/HND or BSc in Civil Engineering and ideally have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing civil and infrastructure designs using AutoCAD or Civils 3D.
It is beneficial for applicants to live locally as they will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.
This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a team of experienced Engineers to work on residential, commercial and industrial projects for private and public sector clients.
You will also have the opportunity to complete;
-Sewerage and Pipeline Designs using AutoCAD, Revit and Civils 3D.
-Complete 2D and 3D design models and drawings for drainage and and road designs for residential developments.
-Design layouts, RC details, sections, site plans and civil detailing using AutoCAD and civils3D.
-Earthworks and level design.

Whether you're stepping up into a senior role or already operating at that level, this is a chance to work on technically diverse projects
You'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of disciplines including bulk excavation, soil and groundwater treatment, waste management, ground stabilisation, civils, and general groundworks and small construction schemes

The Role
- Produce detailed cost estimates based on site assessments, technical drawings, and project specifications

- Support bid submissions with clear, compliant documentation and pricing breakdowns

About You
- Strong estimating experience within land remediation or environmental construction

- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
