Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: Demonstrable leadership experience managing electrical systems and teams within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment (cement, aggregates, glass, steel, or FMCG).
- Strong technical competence in Siemens S5/S7 PLCs, Allen Bradley, Profinet, and HV switching (authorised person advantageous).
- Proven track record managing CAPEX and electrical improvement projects from concept through commissioning.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and leadership skills - able to balance operational urgency with strategic focus.
