We are seeking a highly collaborative, skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Non-Nuclear Engineering Partner.
Our Engineering Managers lead multi-discipline teams of design engineers and technicians, working across the full life cycle of project delivery from initial project definition and FED studies through to detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate at all levels, have a passion for quality and the drive to deliver in line with agreed cost and schedule targets. Reporting to our Head of Engineering, they will lead a multi-discipline team of engineering personnel and work in collaboration with our Project and Programme Managers, creating confidence in outcomes, engaging with stakeholders, and implementing appropriate technical decisions.
**Here's What You'll Need**
- A Degree qualified Engineering Manager or demonstrable equivalent underpinning knowledge and understanding and discipline relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in working with multi-discipline engineering teams in multi-office locations.
- Good all-round technical design experience using British and international standards and Eurocodes.
- Detailed working knowledge of UKCA marking requirements.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your team's time and workload to deliver against agreed milestones.
- Ability to work effectively as a team leader within a multidisciplinary team liaising directly with team members and the Client.
- Experience and familiarity with designing for delivery/implementation and associated project construction and execution.
- Candidates should be a UK National with security clearance and/ or the ability to obtain SC at the appropriate level.

We are looking to hire an Engineering Shift Leader to support our food manufacturing operations by ensuring the smooth running of our production equipment and processes. This role is critical in leading a team of engineers to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve machinery efficiency, minimizing downtime and ensuring production targets are met.
Location: Poole
Hours: The role follows a Panama shift pattern, which consists of a mix of 12-hour day.
This means engineers work an average of 3 or 4 shifts per week, alternating between two weeks of day shifts (5:15am – 5:15pm).
