I am currently recruiting bank staff to work in Secondary Schools across the West Midlands. This is an ideal opportunity for people who are looking to gain further experience working in Schools or have the flexibility of supply. The roles can be ad hoc day to day, short and long term so you can work across several schools and longer term work can be available to those who get on well.
For several years now, I have built up an excellent relationship with a number of schools across the region. I have placed many candidates in these schools, some of whom have had the opportunity to become a permanent staff at the schools.
As a Secondary Supply Teacher you would be treated as one of the team and they would expect the following:
* Be responsible for class behaviour
* Plan lessons as required
* Any marking to be completed
* Be flexible
* Follow the policies of the school including behaviour
* Show initiative
* Work collaboratively with other members of staff
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in positive environments where you will have the chance to build upon or gain experience. We offer very good rates of pay and a supportive consultant who is available 24/7 should you need me.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
To be considered for this role, you MUST possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with 3 years in TESL in the post-secondary sector.
• Experience in delivering technical English in the context of engineering and manufacturing.

• Strong ability in formative assessment to inform learner progress and attainment.
