Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

**What's The Role?**
As an Solutions Architect in Enterprise Technology Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing business by ensuring seamless technical integration between our clients' systems and Bloomberg's premier applications
This position involves crafting and deploying solutions that utilize XML/FIX messaging and APIs to connect client systems with the Bloomberg cloud, as well as integrating with other in-house or third-party sources.
The team works closely with clients to have setups implemented in a timely and efficient manner to meet production timelines and be regulatory compliant. Our team supports many business lines across Bloomberg and deals with many different technologies and protocols. Typical client engagements can include the use of real-time FIX messaging as well as MQ, TCP/IP, SFTP, and Web APIs. The team will manage these onboarding projects and help in certifying clients against the ever-evolving workflows across a variety of technical protocols.
**We'll trust you to:**
+ Design, configure, integrate, test, and lead implementation projects, working directly with clients as well as alongside various internal teams.
+ Handle technical conversations with clients to understand their workflows and specific needs.
+ Develop data transformation middleware technology supporting real-time and batch-based processing via Bloomberg iPaaS.
+ Utilize and support various messaging protocols including XML, FIX, FpML, SWIFT, and other protocols such as MQ, TCP/IP, SFTP, Web APIs, WebSocket, and ODBC connectivity.
+ Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, exchanges, brokers, and internal Bloomberg teams like Product, Network Operations, and Engineering to ensure optimal performance.
**You'll need to have:**
+ 10+ years of experience in a technical role, covering front office technologies in financial institutions or financial vendors.
+ Capital Markets knowledge with understanding of buy-side and sell-side order management workflows.
+ Strong experience working with MQ, SFTP, Web API, SWIFT, and FIX.
+ Experience in ETL workflows (e.g. Informatica, Mulesoft, Tibco.) and data transformations using XML/XSLT.
+ Ability to engage with external clients and manage expectations.
+ Proven ability to independently manage integration projects.
**We'd love to see:**
+ Programming skills, e.g., Python, using code repositories.
+ Experience with data analytics. Snowflake, PowerBI, Qlik.
+ Skills in using WebAPI tools, e.g., Postman.
+ AWS and Azure foundational certified.

We are seeking a Business Development Managing Director to join our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Enterprise Sales & Solutions team. In partnership with GWS Enterprise Sector leadership, this individual will be responsible for formulating and implementing business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business. The Business Development Managing Director will lead business development programs and initiatives, and be accountable for the deliverables and outcomes. This role will be responsible for win, keep and grow activities in integrated Real Estate and Facilities Management outsourcing pursuits, and will lead interactions in a client-facing role in large, regional and global pursuits, renewals and expansions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of each GWS service offering, platform, and value proposition, broader CBRE service lines and the Real Estate and Facilities industry.

+ Coordination and governance of sales activity throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation and negotiation.

The role:
This role will see you engaging with top quantitative finance experts to turn their investment ideas into reality. Do you want to get exposure to the latest technology and coolest programming packages, and to be part of shaping a product with great revenue potential for our clients?
You will use your financial markets knowledge to consult with Bloomberg clients or prospective clients, helping them to develop and implement their quantitative investment strategies and research on our new Python based quant platform.
