We also support venue Box Offices and Ticketing colleagues with ticketing system troubleshooting, and work closely with producers, promoters and various stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate the on-sale process; it’s our responsibility to ensure all aspects of the ticket sale process are prepared correctly in time for the date the show goes on sale. The team is made up of a core group of team members who set up events in our ticketing system, as well as a group of senior specialists who focus on special projects and the most complex shows. The team is office-based and does not work directly with the public; our customers are the producers and promoters bringing shows to our venues and our Ticketing and Sales colleagues.
