We also support venue Box Offices and Ticketing colleagues with ticketing system troubleshooting, and work closely with producers, promoters and various stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate the on-sale process; it’s our responsibility to ensure all aspects of the ticket sale process are prepared correctly in time for the date the show goes on sale. The role also involves project management including information sharing, gathering metrics, and preparing reports.



About the team

The role supports an international team, with lawyers in the UK and across the EU. The role is also closely integrated with colleagues in the US, and some of the work will be global in reach and impact. Some international travel is to be expected.

Basic Qualifications

Previous experience as a legal or executive assistant, office manager or administrator

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and readiness to quickly learn new software and AI tools

Great organizational and project management skills, and ability to work independently
