The Entertainment Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key clients in the music, film, and fashion industries. Join our vibrant creative team in London, England, UK as a Lead Graphic Designer specializing in the Arts & Entertainment sector. This Hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the visual identity of renowned cultural institutions and events. You will lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual assets across various media, from print collateral and digital campaigns to branding and event promotion. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, technically skilled designer with a strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout, as well as a passion for the arts. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead the design process for marketing materials, publications, and digital assets.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for clients in the arts and entertainment industry.
  • Create compelling graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and event programs.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Manage design projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and event teams to achieve project goals.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers.
  • Stay abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and new technologies.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work in Arts & Entertainment.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with web design principles and UI/UX concepts is a plus.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
