Job Description
As **Associate Medical Education Program Manager** for Stryker's **Endoscopy (Visualization)** business in **Europe** , you will manage the strategy, planning and execution of Healthcare Professionals' (HCPs) course trainings, product trainings, workshops, etc. - in partnership with stakeholders such as our Sales, Marketing and cross-functional teams.
Some of your main responsibilities will involve curriculum and course development aligned to divisional and cross-collaborative goals: supporting in-person and online learning. You will educate and demonstrate the clinical benefits of our product portfolio to physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Stryker's Endoscopy division offers diverse and multi-specialty solutions. + In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product and clinical trainings to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
+ Understand the market positioning and competitive landscape.
+ Responsible for the development of our annual medical education strategy in alignment with customer needs and business goals.
+ Curriculum/program development and creation/delivery of educational content - utilizing HCP input. You'll demonstrate technical expertise to facilitate HCP medical education programs.
+ Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with the medical education strategy.
+ Drive collaboration with broader Medical Education, Marketing, Events, Finance and other stakeholders.
+ Lead the project management of medical education programs and manage internal/external resources that support an overarching strategic direction.
+ Stay informed about industry trends, clinical advancements and develop a network of key opinion leaders (KOL) to drive excellence in the Medical Education offering.
+ Organize and deliver classroom/virtual courses, workshops, events, etc. Understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts.
+ Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through voice of customer (VOC), metrics, surveys, etc. to enable potential improvements.
+ Monitor budget and identify opportunities to decrease costs by evaluating current program, processes, etc.
**What you need:**
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree is required.
+ 6+ years of work experience is required, part of this experience involves developing and executing (Medical) Education/Training strategy and programs within industries such as MedTech, BioTech, Pharmaceuticals or related.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately and effectively manage projects/initiatives across different countries to ensure timely outcomes.
+ Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills - with fluency in spoken and written **English** .
+ You are a sophisticated networker capable of developing strong relationships and influence (senior) internal and external stakeholders.
+ Ability to understand the needs and to partner with stakeholders from different markets and cultures.
+ You are proactive to take initiative and work independently but also have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
+ Impeccable work ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
+ You are flexible to travel also internationally, travel percentage: 40%.
Preferred:
+ 3+ years of experience in fields such as Marketing/Sales, Project Management or Events Management is preferred.
+ MBA is preferred.
