We're looking for an experienced Waste Management / PTM Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support a high-profile programme within the nuclear sector . This role focuses on end-to-end configuration, regulatory compliance, and system integration across complex waste management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP EHS Waste Management modules within S/4HANA.
- Set up waste streams, disposal channels, permits, and transport documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with nuclear/environmental standards (e.g., UK EA, IAEA).
- Integrate with SAP Logistics and Product Compliance for traceability and labelling.
- Use embedded analytics for waste monitoring and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with Environmental Managers, Production Operators, and Master Data Specialists.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP Waste Management or PTM module.
- 2-3 full lifecycle implementations covering Design, Build, and Validation.
- Deep understanding of nuclear waste handling, classification, and cradle-to-grave tracking.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fiori apps, SPRO configuration, BRF+, and SAP integration.
- Proven experience with regulatory audits, compliance workflows, and documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving regulatory demands.

We're currently seeking an experienced individual to join us on a staff basis in London as a Senior Environmental Engineer. This key role will work directly with the Project Development Manager to support the delivery of the DCO from scoping through pre-application, examination to SoS decision and further. It will also have responsibility for supporting the engineering team on environmental issues.
Responsibilities:
- Management of Environmental consultants to develop Environmental documentation
- Coordinating with internal and external technical specialist environmental teams to provide sufficient evidence, draft and review DCO documents to support the project.
- Ensure environmental compliance as part of the application process.
- Maintain oversight of agreements, criteria, and conditions outlined in the Development Consent Order (DCO), and collaborated with stakeholders, individual packages, and the Consent team to ensure technical compliance.
- Support the Land Strategy Team in the Land Acquisition process.
- Review Engineering Contractor/Supplier documentation
- Interface between engineering Disciplines and DCO Consultants
- Produce progress reports and lead progress meetings with contractors and internal team.
- Maintain and update the risk register, DCO consent register and other required trackers.
- Review progress and cost reports from DCO consultants
Who we're seeking:
- 8-10 years+ experience, including experience on complex, large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
- Experience with development of EIA documentation
- Some knowledge of the DCO process for complex energy projects
- Knowledge of environmental elements of DCO process
- Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skillset

My client is looking for graduate geotechnical engineers/engineering geologists, who have a proven ability to plan and manage ground investigations and will make a positive contribution to our business objectives and culture.
They would like some experience in applying strong site project management and critical thinking skills and have experience running the full lifecycle of ground investigations in challenging environments.
The role is primarily a site based role, with the addition of structured and planned office time to facilitate project preliminaries, report writing and training.
The role does require travel and some staying away from home. You will also be expected to hold a full UK driving licence, be adaptable and have industry standard training and certification such as CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid.
Proven communication and negotiation abilities are required, as is excellent health and safety awareness, good organisation, IT, and technical report writing skills. Proficiency with CAD, AGS, OpenGround, Holebase, gINT and other geotechnical software will be an advantage.
