Duties & Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
- Deliver administrative support across key compliance areas such as fire safety, gas checks, asbestos control, and water safety.
- Oversee and monitor reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring correct order processing, system updates, and escalation of recurring issues to contract leads.
- Communicate with contractors to follow up on outstanding documentation and payments.
- Coordinate safety checks and inspections by arranging appointments directly with residents.
- Take ownership of no-access situations, working closely with housing teams and preparing any necessary legal documentation.
- Keep systems and records up to date, including financial tracking and invoice management.
- Compile and share data to help monitor contractor and consultant performance.
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the Contract Manager, including meeting coordination and documentation.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets expected standards and contract requirements.

Duties:-
- Assist the Contract Manager in the monitoring of directly employed engineer performance.
- Assists the Contract Manager in the monitoring of sub- contractor performance
- Oversee and escalate any operational contract risk to the Contract Manager
- Provide management information and positively participate in and contribute to internal and Client Scheduled PPM performance review meetings
- Works closely with the contract Help Desk team

About the Role
