**Overview of Resource Management Team:**
The goal of the team is to provide a "one stop solution" for the supply and demand of people across Technology. Ensuring all resource management processes are robust, and deliver the necessary outcomes for Technology. We achieve this by ensuring that resource data is accurate, complete and available on a timely basis through various reporting deliverables. The team work closely with HR, Finance, Project Governance, Project Delivery, Procurement and Technology leads to inform and educate, as well as executing changes directly. The team is divided into two main functions, the role in question fits within the Technology Resource Data Management sub-team.
**Resource Data Management** ?
+ Manage cleaning resource data in workday. ?
+ Run training via the new starter induction and creation of org charts on Kizuna. ?
+ Creation of headcount reporting data monthly / quarterly / annually?
**Technology Recruitment** ?
+ Process all recruitment requests for BAU and Project. Monitoring budget against hiring / replacing / extending staff. ?
+ Creation of recruitment and rate reporting?

**The primary purpose of the Resource Data Management Analyst is to:**
+ Own and clean the resource data in workday which is the golden source. The team receives updates on resource data from multiple sources for example line managers and business supports. From that point onwards the teams is to educate others to follow the process, rather than our team completing the actions.
+ Own, produce and publish the headcount data per month, per quarter and annual with the use of excel and power BI.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead daily team stand up via teams.
+ Run daily checks on resource data changes/updates in workday. Method for this is a combination of excel macros and power queries
+ Creation of weekly reporting to HR to highlight changes. Method for this is excel macros.
+ Creation of weekly reporting to line managers to highlight contingent worker end dates within the next 10 weeks. Method for this is excel macros.
+ Co-ordinating with the line managers, HR, procurement and access management regarding JML process.
+ Creation of monthly headcount reporting. Method for this is a combination of excel and power BI.
+ Ensure resource cost data is accurate for reporting into Finance to calculate budgets.
+ Creation of office attendance for contingent workers. Method for this is excel macros.
+ Run the Technology new starter induction, which occurs twice a month.
+ Creation of the Technology organisation chart. Method for this is via Visio.
+ Maintain and enhance good working relationships with the teams stakeholders.
**Skills and Experience:**
Technical Capability
+ Strong excel skills. Be able to build and run macros and power queries.
+ Strong power BI skills. Be able to build and update reporting in power BI.
+ Strong visio skills. Be able to create workflows and org charts.
+ Strong numerical skills. To aid day-to-day activities.
+ Degree level educated. Although equivalent work experience, or apprentice level experience also relevant.

We're collaborating with a prestigious global consultancy that has just secured a significant contract within the water industry . Due to this major win, we're seeking an experienced Environmental Management System (EMS) Lead to join their team in Reading on a minimum 6-month contract , with strong potential for extension.
This pivotal role involves enhancing our client's EMS in response to increasing regulatory scrutiny and a potential future pursuit of ISO 14001 certification . You'll work within the Integrated Management System (IMS) team, reporting to the IMS Manager, to develop and gain approval for a multi-year EMS improvement plan, strengthening its robustness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope and execute the internal EMS audit programme, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal performance goals. li>Support the review and development of documented business processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert to help the organisation learn from environmental non-conformances and embed these lessons to prevent recurrence.
- Consolidate and package all work completed during the secondment, ensuring a robust and seamless handover to the incoming permanent EMS Lead.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Substantial experience in environmental management systems, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and ISO 14001 principles .
- Proven ability to lead internal audits , develop and refine business processes, and influence organisational learning from non-conformances.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and deliver structured outcomes within a fixed timeframe.
- Experience in the water sector or a similarly regulated industry would be highly advantageous.
- Confidence in acting as a subject matter expert and capable of producing high-quality documentation and handover materials to support continuity and long-term EMS improvement.

The team is strongly integrated with our transport, energy, engineering and design businesses. We are currently providing planning and environmental support on major UK projects for clients. These include a number of water companies across the UK including Yorkshire Water and Anglian Water, significant rail projects including Trans Pennine Upgrade for Network Rail and HS2, in addition to major road schemes for National Highways. We continue to expand our presence in the energy and renewables market where we are building on successes with hydrogen generation (for example Hynet at Ellesmere Port), electricity transmission (e.g. National Grid), floating offshore wind (e.g. Flotation Energy) and supporting Nuclear Waste Services.
The position requires a candidate that combines an excellent track record in environmental assessment with experience in directing and delivering a range of infrastructure and development projects with excellent business and people skills.
Objectives:
• Enhance technical leadership, assurance and governance;
• Grow the EIA and Environment Assessment Management team nationally.
• Act as an ambassador for EIA and EAM internally and externally, with a client focus to win and deliver our portfolio.
• Understand and deliver the mission of AtkinsRéalis as a successful and growing business through EIA and EAM
• Identify and employ innovation in developing and applying leading-edge processes and technologies;
• Leverage opportunities to build greater awareness of discipline capabilities and value propositions;
• Ensure service delivery quality maintained / improved (via client feedback);
• Support Professional Head of Discipline (PHoD), Network Chairs and Fellows to promote technical excellence and innovation;
• Promote AtkinsRealis technical capability both internally and externally; and
• Support thought leadership to shape markets, introducing our clients to new ways of thinking.
• Champion the development of skills and capabilities within the EIA and EAM team.
Responsibilities:
• Leading technical capability and development in a specific discipline.
• Work with PHoD and Head of Service Line (HoSL) to ensure resources have the right technical skills to deliver our current and future workload.
• Identify and coordinate discipline resources across regional teams.
• Communicate project and client intelligence to generate business growth and enhanced margins.

• Manage client relationships and service delivery on a project basis in conjunction with other colleagues.
• Take the lead, setting the pace, and monitoring all work executed, at all stages to ensure that an accurate, professional and quality service is delivered to clients.
• Collaborate with the national environmental team and other AtkinsRéalis teams across the UK to provide services and develop new work.
• Manage colleagues, including undertaking performance and development reviews and mentoring/coaching.
Requirements:
• Inspirational 'role model' for staff and an 'ambassador' for AtkinsRealis.
• Subject matter expert in a specific discipline.
• Fellow / Chartered professional.
• Able to identify and deliver value creating skills.
• Able to lead the growth of technical and delivery capability in their own specialism; Degree or Masters in an environmental or science subject.
• Chartered for a minimum of 10 years.
• A minimum of 15 years relevant post-graduate experience (ideally within a consultancy environment).
• Demonstrable experience working major infrastructure projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EIA process and environmental technical expertise.
• Experience of leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills and able to review the work of others to ensure quality.
• Able to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate issues and ideas effectively.
