Lead daily, weekly and monthly interactions with clients and senior stakeholders. Ideally, lead discussions, and articulate options and recommendations to complex issues. Confidently discuss technical and non-technical issues on a daily basis Demonstrate application knowledge of EPM technologies like SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, BOARD, One Stream, Workiva, Workday, PlanView etc. for managing the EPM delivery lifecycle across the multiple use cases for the client Monitor and support all team members and accelerate their development with a particular emphasis on coaching and skills transfer What will you need to do it? Previous EPM Consulting experience leading end to end client deliveries using any of Anaplan, Oracle, SAP, One Stream or Workday Experience of leading cross functional teams in EPM development work in the context of major and complex transformation programmes/projects Experience providing solution and technical design oversight to ensure standardisation and optimisation across multiple design elements to drive integrated planning and analytics. Experience of Finance use cases (including Income Statement forecasting, cost allocations and workforce-cost planning) and the accompanying reporting packages Good knowledge of financial processes, including Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting Good understanding of issues and challenges facing Finance functions, Finance business partnering and trends in Finance Good communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships with senior stakeholders.
