What will you be doing?
- Take ownership for deliverables and / or manage small workstreams in client engagements, business development and practice development initiative.
- Be responsible for producing high quality outputs, on time to meet/exceed client expectations.
- Demonstrate application knowledge of EPM technology and use of best practice principles when executing development tasks.
- Monitor and support team junior members and accelerate their development with a particular emphasis on coaching and skills transfer
What will you need to do it?
- Previous EPM Consulting experience using any of Onestream, Oracle, Anaplan, SAP or Workday
- Experience of EPM development work in the context of major and complex transformation programmes/projects
- Experience of Finance use cases (including Income Statement forecasting, cost allocations and workforce-cost planning) and the accompanying reporting packages
- Good knowledge of financial processes, including Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Good understanding of issues and challenges facing Finance functions, Finance business partnering and trends in Finance
- Good communicator with the ability to build strong and lasting internal and client relationships with senior stakeholders.
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
- EPM Certifications and strong knowledge of the platform’s functionalities
- Previous Management Consulting experience
- A background in Finance, Tax or Financial Audit

Catch Resource Management are supporting a growing Anaplan Partner consultancy, searching for an experienced Senior EPM Consultant , to join their expanding professional services team. Recognised for delivering smart, forward-thinking EPM solutions, this organisation partners with global clients to implement technologies such as Anaplan Financial Consolidation and Reporting (FCR) and Anaplan Disclosure Management
This position offers the chance to work across the full lifecycle of enterprise-scale projects—from early-stage scoping and estimating through to hands-on delivery. You’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues to design and deploy high-impact financial planning and reporting tools, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued development of internal capability.
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Strong consulting background with a proven ability to lead complex EPM projects from planning through to delivery.
- Deep expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and planning for enterprise clients, with 3+ years of hands-on EPM implementation experience.
- Practical knowledge of leading EPM tools such as Anaplan, SAP BPC, OneStream, or Oracle-Hyperion, and skilled across all phases of project delivery.
- Advanced Excel user with strong data handling, modelling, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
Desirable
- Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Qlik), along with experience or background in project management, finance, accounting, or business planning.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM projects, from pre-sales and scoping through to implementation and support.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide hands-on expertise in tools such as Anaplan FCR and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Mentor and support junior team members, including performance management and skills development.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the ongoing growth of the consultancy’s capabilities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
