**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achieve sales targets on assigned territory, assessed on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, develop business relationships, and promote the company, its products and activities within the territory and at key industry events
- Analyse sales data, territory market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and monitor performance.
- Create territory business plans that bring value to all stakeholders
- Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of Boehringer Ingelheim products and disease areas
- Adhere to all aspects of Boehringer's internal standards, policies and regulatory/industry codes eg. NOAH/APHA
- Collaborate effectively within the equine sales team and the wider business to share insights and work on cross-functional projects
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Essential educated to degree level or equivalent (level 6 qualification)
- Essential business to business sales experience
- Essential equine industry knowledge
- Essential highly ambitious and motivated
- Desired commercial acumen, data analysis and strategic business planning skills
- Desired strong ability to communicate and influence
- Desired ability to work both autonomously and within wider teams

An opportunity has arisen to join the Easton College Equine Centre as the Assistant Equine Centre Manager. This is an exciting time to join the Animal and Equine department as we continue to develop the resources, curriculum and commercial offer.
This role will be responsible for the daily operational management of the Equine Centre, maintaining high standards of equine welfare by implementing relevant organisational plans and procedures. Planning for the delivery of duties and riding sessions and ensuring all technicians are delivering practical sessions to the highest standard. In addition, duties will include supporting with horse husbandry, record keeping, and health monitoring; ensuring the horses are cared for to the highest welfare and industry standards.
You will also assist with Equine commercial activity, supporting clients to have successful events, as well as developing our offer of inhouse events; ensuring our learners are central to these activities.
The successful candidate will need to be a genuine team worker and communicate effectively, working in a flexible and busy environment. You will need to have relevant industry experience and experience running commercial events across a range of disciplines. An understanding of relevant legislation and supervising teams is key.
This role will be required to work weekends, bank holidays and during college holidays.
The successful applicant will hold a minimum of BHS Stage 3 Complete (or equivalent) and recent, relevant industry experience.

**Overview of the role**
Moderators are responsible for moderating centres' assessment of candidates' work in accordance with the agreed assessment criteria and the awarding organisation's procedures.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Attend standardisation meetings. Moderators will not be permitted to carry out moderation if they fail to attend the appropriate standardisation meeting/s. Moderators must not moderate any candidate work before the standardisation meetings.
2. Moderate centres' assessment of candidates' work in accordance with the agreed assessment criteria and our procedures.
3. Send any centre requests for special consideration to Pearson. Send any other JCQ documentation from centres to Pearson.
4. Maintain regular contact with their Team Leader as appropriate, raising issues as they arise.
5. Ensure all Moderator marks and E9 Moderator reports are submitted on the system by specified deadlines. All E9 moderator reports must be at the standard specified in the standardisation meeting.
6. Keep all records relating to their moderator role for one year after the examination series.

You will have one academic year's worth of teaching experience:

b. within the relevant subject
c. since qualifying as a teacher
