Caterpillar's Job Site Solutions (JSS) group, part of the Resource Industries Sales, Services and Technology division is currently seeking a Fleet Management Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Fleet Managers through the fulfillment of multiple customers specific contractual commitments, in a profitable manner. These commitments include specific deliverables in equipment management, production optimisation, safety, sustainability, and financial performance. You will work directly with customer executive management, plant management, and various levels of dealer personnel.
The Fleet Management Supervisor has primary responsibility for managing the assigned Fleet Management team, the team's Customer and Dealer partnerships, Dealer profitability results, in addition to directly managing some Fleet Management agreements as assigned.
**What you will do:**
+ Support, development, and supervision of Fleet Managers to provide the best customer experience possible.
+ Oversight of the EPP Compliance Management program
+ Achieving alignment of various parties at Caterpillar, Dealers, and key end-user personnel.
+ Developing and maintaining internal and external relationships necessary to effectively execute Fleet Management objectives
+ Partnering with Dealer personnel to direct the day-to-day activity related to contractual commitments at each site contract
+ Successfully delivering on all areas of contractual commitments by utilizing a complete understanding of Caterpillar and Dealer Capability
+ Providing a clear vision for success and driving high levels of execution to achieve commitments through deep subject matter expertise in equipment management, production optimisation, safety, sustainability, and financial structuring
+ Providing and applying solutions to problems in a customer-working environment
+ Working with Caterpillar Product Groups and other internal Business Units to completely understand the technical and operational capabilities of our equipment, technology, and services
+ Creating innovative new value-added capabilities to improve site operations in a manner that Caterpillar and Dealers can grow profitability and reduce risk
