Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a District Council based in the South East of England whose expanding legal team are seeking to hire an interim planning solicitor on a 6 month rolling contract.
Candidates must be available to start on full-time hours and being able to attend two planning committees each month - aside from that, the position can be offered as fully remote.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within a local authority setting,
- Have extensive experience with complex s106s, reports, appeals, and enforcement,
- Be willing and able to supervise more junior members of staff,
- Be able to attend two planning committees in person each month.
