The Role
My client are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based in our Bromley office, with regular site visits across London. You will play a key role in pricing refurbishment and heritage projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for refurbishment and heritage projects.

  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce accurate take-offs and bills of quantities.

  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.

  • Attending site visits and client meetings to understand project scope and requirements.

  • Working closely with the Contracts and Project Managers to ensure smooth project handovers.

  • Monitoring costs throughout tender and pre-construction stages to maintain profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator within construction, ideally with refurbishment and heritage project exposure.
