As Corporate Governance Officer, you will be a key part of the Chief Executive’s team, working to support Companies House’s Main Board and its wider committees to deliver the organisation’s strategy. You will ensure the smooth running of boards and committees, ensuring decision making is fully informed and that discussions conform with Companies House’s governance arrangements, standards, codes, and frameworks.nYou will be highly organised, professional, and proactive and able to take a key role within the Corporate Governance function, while managing conflicting priorities. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to use your own initiative.
