**Role responsibilities:**

HealthCast remote monitoring, connectivity, and interoperative solutions help to optimize workflow, simplify patient management, and empower clinicians with actionable insights. As a Data Integration Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert in charge of leading the deployment and integration of HealthCast Solutions. As an Asset Data and Integration Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
. Develop and maintain the Network Rail High Speed (NRHS) asset management plan integrating all maintenance, renewal and enhancement activities, making informed decisions based on asset condition, performance and cost efficiency requirements. Develop and maintain NRHS' asset management framework, including the Strategic Asset Management Plan in accordance with ISO 55000 requirements.
. Monitor, evaluate and report on asset metrics and produce periodic/quarterly/annual inputs into key meetings and regulatory/contractual reporting requirements
. Lead the team to understand and develop NRHS' data reporting requirements, enabling data to be turned into timely intelligence, which can be used to make business decisions on asset maintenance and renewals.
. Develop and monitor asset data specifications and governance standards for NRHS to comply with agreed standards. Implement data assurance regimes, including the verification of condition of data and conduct/engage with audits both internally and externally including with regulatory bodies.
. Develop asset management system requirements and manage existing systems, to provide accurate, available and complete data for NRHS engineering and delivery teams.
. Identify and manage the implementation of initiatives for asset management related activities including, but not restricted to, system safety, asset performance, asset maintenance and renewals to drive improvements
Essential:
. Extensive knowledge of asset management processes and techniques
. Extensive knowledge of data systems, standards, and process integrity
. Ability to demonstrate an analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills
. Detailed understanding of risk assessment methods
. Demonstrable stakeholder management ability to a senior management level
. Good interpersonal, influencing, organisation and communication skills

This role will focus on analyzing, understanding, documenting, and visualizing of how data flows through their application landscape.
The aim is to build a data-centric view ofcurrent systems, helping to identify overlaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for future integration, automation, and modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with application owners, IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party support partners to understand how data is captured, stored, and transferred across systems.
- Conduct detailed field-level mapping between user interfaces, APIs, and underlying databases for key applications.
- Document data flows between systems, including batch processes, API integrations, manual imports/exports, and ETL pipelines.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data catalog capturing critical fields, attributes, formats, and associated business rules.
- Support the creation of interface documentation, including source-to-target mappings, data types, and transformation logic.
- Produce clear and informative visual documentation, such as:
- Field mapping tables
- Integration diagrams
- Data flow diagrams
- Data dictionaries for key business entities
- Collaborate with integration and data teams to validate mapping accuracy and ensure consistency across systems.
- Identify and document redundant data stores, duplicate fields, and inconsistencies in data values across applications.
- Contribute to the development of a lightweight governance framework for maintaining and updating data documentation.
- Assist in establishing a sustainable framework for maintaining the application inventory.

Candidate Requirements
- Experienced in roles such as Application Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar positions
- Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and data integration principles
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, interface documentation, and integration analysis
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, and data structures including JSON, XML, and relational tables
- Basic proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Skilled in using tools such as Excel, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or equivalent platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and adaptable to evolving requirements

Requirements • Data IT Lead as counterpart to Business data lead in COM. – Manage Data deliverables and Contribute to the Enterprise Data Management (EDM_ organization objectives outside LDC, for Commercial Data assets and processes with a governance of Data Quality rules framework • Manage Retrofit scope activities – both in Minor and Major Releases scope. • Own and drive assigned Cross-Functional Design topics for Commercial area to make it ready for Process design teams to start doing analysis and provide a solution, through addressing all business requirements and opportunities while following our companies architectural standards, quality and information security principles. • Collaborate closely with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Enterprise Process Integration leads to own key design decisions and Key scope decisions to achieve standardized and simplified integrated solutions for business scenarios and variants in scope. • Champion the standardization and simplification of design, minimizing the custom solutions only for cases where our company makes a difference in the market serving customers/patients. • Liaise with Design leads across COM and other functions like Finance and Operations to make sure all relevant x-Functional info is shared bi-directional and tasks assigned to Commercial teams are achieved as per KPI.
