The Evening Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning operations during the evening shift at Samsic UK. This role requires the individual to have excellent communication skills, managerial skills, and a keen eye for detail. The primary goal of this position is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the facilities, provide excellent service to our clients, and ensure that the staff adheres to cleaning protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the cleaning crew and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and assign duties to the cleaning staff.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are in good working condition, replacing or repairing as needed.
  • Provide training to new cleaning staff and periodic training to all staff to ensure compliance and understanding of cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.
Qualifications
