We're looking for a hands-on, switched-on Supervisor/Team Leader to run our evening web fulfillment shift during peak season. You'll be the go-to person for the team, making sure everything runs smoothly—and securely.
What you'll be doing:
· Leading a team of 10-20 people in a fast-paced fulfillment environment
· Opening and closing the building, keeping an eye on security and alarms
· Hitting targets and keeping the team motivated
· Reporting KPIs and keeping things on track
· Rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in—this is not a desk job!

They are currently looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their hardworking and busy team in Bodiam, East Sussex .
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience of TIG and MIG welding, have an understanding of measuring tools and be able to read and follow technical drawings. As a Welder/Fabricator you will be predominately working with structural work, performing all welding work and providing assistance to the production processes.
Due to the location of this vacancy a full Driving Licence and own transport is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Demonstrable experience using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) li>Solid understanding of mathematics
- Understanding of measuring tools such as callipers, rules, feeler gauges, and pi tapes
- Be able to read mechanical drawings
- Be polite, informative and have a professional attitude towards customers and co-workers

Your duties as a Fabricator/Welder will include:
