As they expand there portfolio, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Events Producer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end planning and delivery of events across key European markets.
The Role:
As Events Producer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the events – from initial planning and budgeting to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of conferences and exhibitions across Europe and London
- End-to-end project management, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder communications
- Work closely with content, marketing, and sales teams to align on event goals and deliverables
- Source and manage venues, suppliers, and production partners
- Oversee delegate and exhibitor experience, from registration to on-site support
- Ensure all events meet quality, branding, and safety standards
- Travel across Europe for site visits and on-the-ground event delivery
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to inform future planning
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in event production, ideally within B2B conferences and exhibitions
- Proven track record of delivering complex events across multiple European locations
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
- Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
