Invigilation is required ad hoc throughout the year however the majority of the exams will fall between November - January and April - July.

Purpose and Objectives:
- Ensure that new examinations and tests are ready for delivery by agreed timeframes.
- Engage with adaptations to enhance the examination/test in a range of delivery systems.
- Coordinate and resolve routine systems issues.
- Engage and work with subject matter experts to produce question banks in line with specifieddesign requirements.
- Maintain the content of test item banks for mock and live tests as set outlined in the strategy.
- Carrying out quality check of question banks utilising NOCN standards prior to releasing live/mock tests.
- To ensure the review and performance of test item are carried out in a timely manner.
- Support the efficient and effective operation of the Examinations Team by engaging in a range of tasks.
Key Requirements, Qualifications and Knowledge:
The successful candidate must have:-
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Educated to Level 3 (A level/other appropriate vocational qualifications) or relevant experience.
- Significant and recent experience of working with awarding organisations or similar bodies to develop vocational educational products in a competitive market.
- Experience of analysing data and providing reports to inform decision-making.
Nice to have criteria:
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Experience of PowerBi.
- Knowledge of the external quality assurance requirements relevant to qualifications and end-point assessments in the UK.
