As Personal Assistant, you will provide high level administrative, organisational, and logistical support the Directors. Your role will involve managing diaries, coordinating projects, preparing reports and acting as a key point of contact within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepare reports, documents, presentations, and support key business activities.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate busy diaries, arrange internal and external meetings and ensure time is optimised effectively.
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning and managing business projects, helping to ensure timelines are met.
- Operational Support: Work closely with Directors and staff to support day-to-day operations and provide administrative assistance where required.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between Directors, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and efficient communication across all channels.
