Overview
To act as a New Business Producer in the best interests of the company. This role will primarily be responsible for proactively sourcing and developing new business opportunities ensuring continual business growth in order to maximise profitable revenues in line with company objectives.

About You
- Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications, Cert CII, Dip CII or ACII would be an advantage. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with an intermediate knowledge of the commercial insurance industry.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is crucial, as is having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLAs.
- A keen eye for business and sales management experience gained in a commercial setting.
- Dedicated to deliver, we truly believe in your abilities and will support you to achieve and grow with us. A consistent track record of delivering against targets within a regulated, measurable framework is vital.
- Comfortable in generating leads and building pipelines autonomously, for you it's about making things happen and providing the best possible service and business outcomes.
