We’re looking for a Multilingual Executive Search Associate to join our Wimbledon office.


This is a unique two-phase career pathway designed for those who want to combine people skills, commercial thinking, and international business exposure:


Phase 1 – Executive Search Delivery

You’ll learn how to identify and engage top executive talent for our clients. You’ll conduct research, interviews, and outreach to senior professionals while supporting key client projects across Europe and beyond.


Phase 2 – Progression into Sales & Client Development

Key Responsibilities

Executive Search Delivery (initial focus):

  • Research and identify senior-level talent for client mandates
  • Conduct direct outreach (headhunting), interviews, and assessments

  • Collaborate with internal teams on international search projects
  • Keep our CRM database accurate and up to date

Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in managing complex search assignments from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional networking, headhunting, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of various industries and functional leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a hybrid setting.
  • Experience with recruitment CRM/ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Taleo).
