  • Manage the offer process and facilitate negotiations for executive appointments.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the search team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, talent landscapes, and best practices in executive search.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:
  • Significant experience (minimum 6 years) in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably within a reputable agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives (C-suite, VP level, Director level).
  • Exceptional market knowledge across relevant sectors.
  • Outstanding networking, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency with executive search methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field is essential; Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience in talent mapping and market analysis is highly desirable.
