The Opportunity
Seeking ambitious, driven graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers in a 180-style role, initially supporting existing mandates across high-demand verticals. You'll work closely under the guidance of a high-performing team lead, in an environment where high standards, long hours, and tangible results are part of the DNA.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for live roles
- Work on active job briefs with speed and accuracy
- Support consultants and BD staff in fulfilling client needs
- Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team culture
Progression Path
- First 6 months : Focus on delivery/resourcing (180 role)
- Post-6 months : Choose your path:
- Continue within the Data Centres vertical
- Progress into a 360 Recruitment/BD Consultant role
- Long-term growth may include leadership, equity.

- Mon–Thurs : (hard-working, performance-driven culture)
- Friday : Typically a half-day, off by 1 PM or even the day off if targets hit.
